Terms of Service
The terms on which insurance advisors and their practices use Geenie AI, operated by Regnum Tech Studio Private Limited.
Version 1.3 · Effective date: 19 Sept 2026 · Last updated: 19 Sept 2026
1. Who we are
Geenie AI ("the Service") is operated by Regnum Tech Studio Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in India with its office at 508, Takshashila Apartment, Majuragate, Surat, Gujarat. You can reach us at support@aigeenie.com.
2. Who may use the Service
The Service is built for insurance advisors, agents and broking practices operating in India. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are authorised to act for the practice you register, and that you will use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite to your practice. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
3. Your data stays yours
Records you create in the Service — your clients, policies, renewals, claims, tasks, meetings and documents — belong to you. We store and process them so that we can provide the Service to you, and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, and we do not use one practice's records to serve another.
Each practice is isolated from every other at the database level. A user signed in to one practice cannot read another practice's records.
4. The people whose details you enter
Most of the records you enter describe other people — your clients and their families. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store those details, and for honouring any request such a person makes to you about their own data. We act on your instructions in respect of that information.
Do not upload information you are not entitled to hold.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Access to the Service is sold as a subscription. Prices, billing cycles and what each plan includes are shown before you pay and on the pricing page.
Payments are collected by Cashfree Payments, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. An invoice is issued for every successful payment and is available in your account.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. We are not registered for GST at present, so no tax is charged and what you are billed is a bill of supply rather than a tax invoice. If we register, applicable tax will be shown before you pay and on the invoice afterwards.
If a payment fails, we may restrict access until it succeeds. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless the plan you chose says so at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a period already paid for. Where we agree a refund, it is returned to the original payment method through Cashfree, and the time it takes to appear is set by your bank rather than by us.
7. Google Drive
If you choose to connect Google Drive, documents you upload through the Service are stored in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. We request only the drive.file permission, which allows an application to see and manage only the files it has itself created. We cannot see the rest of your Drive.
You can disconnect Drive at any time from your settings. Doing so stops our access; it does not delete files already in your Drive.
8. The assistant
Geenie, the assistant inside the Service, answers questions about your own records and about how to use the product. It runs on third-party AI models and its answers are generated, not verified. Treat what it tells you as a starting point and check anything that matters against the record itself.
The assistant does not give insurance, legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing it says is a recommendation to any client of yours.
9. What we ask of you
Do not attempt to access data belonging to another practice, probe or disrupt the Service, resell access, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
10. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and to keep your data safe and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances outside our control can interrupt it.
11. Ending the arrangement
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment is not made. Before we close an account for breach we will normally tell you and give you a chance to put it right.
On closure you may export your records. After a reasonable period we delete them, subject to anything we are required by law to keep.
12. Liability
The Service supports how you run your practice; it does not replace your own professional judgement, your regulatory obligations, or your records of record. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Where a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. The version and effective date at the top of this page tell you which text applies.
14. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to support@aigeenie.com and we will try to put it right.
A complaint we have not resolved to your satisfaction can be escalated to our Grievance Officer, Mr. Deepak Joshi, at Regnum Tech Studio Private Limited, 508, Takshashila Apartment, Majuragate, Surat – 395002, Gujarat, India, or by email at support@aigeenie.com. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to resolve within thirty days.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
